Central and Northern parts of Ukraine are mostly famous for their highly developed and diverse agriculture, which creates the basis for a variety of food processing productions. There are many woods what make Central part of Ukraine one of leaders in wood working and paper industry.
The region is also rich in assorted minerals including natural gas and oil as well as other minerals used in building material manufacturing and chemical products. The region is pretty densely populated.
