Laspi bay is situated on the South Coast of Crimea. The name of this place comes from Greek and means “mud”. People used to live here because there were a lot of streams which ran into the sea and made the water near the shore muddy. In 1790 an earthquake happened and those streams disappeared, but the name of the place remained.
This place became the source of inspiration for many artists. Even if you have never been here before you can feel like you know this place.
